Quality assurance in Equipment Overhauls (OVH) / Maintenance

Ensure that the evidence during disassembly complies with diagnostic reports

Ensure that damaged or affected parts are removed and kept in customer’s custody and are not reused during the OVH

>Ensure that listings of spare parts content those corresponding to the equipment and are those recommended by the manufacturer for the OVH

Ensure that assembly is carried out in compliance with the technical specifications of equipment manufacturers

Validate the test matrix to be performed, which must be tracked to ensure compliance

Ensure that all systems or equipment going into service has been tested, has certificates completed and with no pending items type A or more than type B. Raise alerts in case of noncompliance

Track the type of pending items raised and their respective closure in a timely manner

Review the progress of HC-01s development and their corresponding content to ensure content and completeness of information for transfer of custody of all subsystems

Ensure that delivery is made through signing of certificates of acceptance by both parties and that custody units receive proper documentation
